Since the start of spring, we've been celebrating the season by hosting weekly contests, each offering a prize from the new Williams-Sonoma Agrarian catalog. Last week we asked readers to tweet about their favorite #gardenchores. We declare our winner: Nichole Joyce, who will receive a set of heirloom-quality Copper Hand Tools from Austria. Our thanks to everyone who tweeted.

Nichole, an Italian specialty foods shop owner, wrote that she loves weeding in the garden and marvels at "how one seed can make so much food." She also noted that a good moisturizing soap is a must, as she often forgets her protective gardening gloves. We hope these tools help with all her chores.

This week, we have a Pinterest contest underway. Do you dream about the perfect space for storing all your gardening essentials? If so, here's how to enter the contest: follow Gardenista on Pinterest and create a mood board that illustrates your dream gardening shed. You could win a Folding Potting Table from Agrarian. For complete contest rules, visit: Pinterest Contest: Show Us Your Fantasy Garden Shed.

Gardenista Agrarian Copper Hand Tools

Above: Nichole won the Hand Trowel ($58.95), Hand Fork ($58.95), and Nunki Weeder ($58.95) from Williams-Sonoma Agrarian. Each piece is handmade in Austria and boasts a rust-proof copper coating that promotes water absorption in the soil.

With spring finally here in the northern hemisphere, let's take a look back at the crisp cold we endured for months. Our own Kendra Wilson shows us the beauty of clipping and weeding in the UK cold in The English Gardener: Put on a Warm Coat and Get on With It.
